Simple, clean, and Sweet. Inspired by the hundred or so bourbons/whiskeys Bethany Blues of Lewes, Delaware has in their collection. 16 oz pint or cocktail glass. fill to top with ice 3/4 Oz. WildTurkey's American Honey Bourbon 1 1/4 Oz. Firefly Sweet Tea vodka Fill to top with pink lemonade. Twist of Lemon.

12.5ml Dry Vermouth
2 dashes of Grenadine
2 dashes of Pernod
2 dashes of orange bitters
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a frozen Martini glass

25ml Fresh lime juice
12.5ml Sugar syrup
Ginger Beer
Shake all ingredients (except the Ginger beer) with ice and strain into an ice filled highball glass
Top with ginger beer
Garnish with an orange zest

35ml Fresh lemon juice
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a frozen Martini glass

A dash of egg white (optional)
Shake ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into an ice filled whisky tumbler
Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a lemon slice

Shake whisky vigorously with ice and strain into an Old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice
Garnish with a lemon twist

Pour ingredients over ice into a rocks glass
Garnish with a zest of orange

40ml Sweet Vermouth
A dash of Angostura bitters
Add ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir until chilled
Strain into a frosted Martini glass
Garnish with an Orange Zest and a maraschino cherry
*Make a 'Dry Rob Roy' by replacing the sweet vermouth with a dry vermouth and make a perfect Rob Roy by using half sweet and half dry vermouths

75ml hot water
1 Cinnamon stick
5 whole cloves
2 lemon slices
Pour all ingredients into a toddy glass and stir until blended
