37.5ml Morgan's Spiced
12.5ml Apple schnapps
25ml Fresh lemon juice
Dash of Gomme syrup
Apple juice
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a highball containing crushed ice
Top up with fresh apple juice
Garnish with an apple wedge
