Spiced Swizzle

37.5ml Morgan's Spiced

12.5ml Amaretto

12.5ml Fresh lime juice

Shake Morgan's Spiced and lime juice, pour into a tumbler over crushed ice, lace the Amaretto, stir gently

Garnish with a Lime wedge

37.5ml Morgan's Spiced

12.5 ml Passion fruit liqueur (or syrup)

Dash of Orgea't

Dash of Coconut syrup

Dash of creme de mure (blackberry liqueur)

15ml Orange juice

15ml Pineapple juice

Shake ingredients into a tumbler filled with crushed ice

Garnish with a lime and orange wedge

Spiced Peach Mojito

50ml Spiced rum

15ml Peach liqueur

25ml Lemon juice

25ml Fresh white peach puree

Soda (optional)

Several mint leaves

Wedge of lime

10ml Sirop de gomme

Tear mint leaves into a glass, add wedge of lime and soak in gomme syrup. Muddle with barspoon, half fill a rocks glass with crushed ice and add rest of ingredients to glass, stir before serving

Garnish with a mint sprig and a lick of peach

Note: Variation of a white peach Mojito but using Morgans Spiced instead of golden rum

50ml Pineapple juice

50ml Orange juice

Shake all ingredients, pour into a highball glass, top up with lemonade

Garnish with an orange slice

12.5ml Cointreau

12.5ml Fresh lemon juice

50ml Passion fruit juice

Shake all ingredients, pour into a highball glass and top up with lemonade

Garnish with an orange slice

Spiced Mojito

50ml Morgan's Spiced

4 White cane sugar cubes (or dash of gomme)

7-8 Fresh mint leaves

A sliced and diced lime

Muddle the mint, sugar and lime In a highball, then fill the glass with crushed Ice, pour the rum, top up with soda and stir

Garnish with a sprig of mint

25ml Morgan's Spiced

Dash of orange juice

Dash of Gomme syrup

A few drops of Creme de Cassis

Shake ingredients and strain into a shot glass, then pour a few drops of Creme de Cassis on top

Raspberry Crush

50ml Morgan's Spiced

7-8 Fresh raspberries

Dash of Chambord

A brown cane sugar cube

Dash of soda

Soak sugar cube with a dash of Chambord, add dash of soda and fresh raspberries, muddle all ingredients in a tumbler

Fill tumbler with crushed ice, pour rum over the ice then stir

Garnish with 3 raspberries

25ml Fresh lemon juice

Dash of Gomme syrup

Apple juice

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a highball containing crushed ice

Top up with fresh apple juice

Garnish with an apple wedge
