50ml Myers's Rum

Half a Lime

3 Strawberries

6 Fresh Mint Leaves

3 Brown sugar cubes

Quarter the lime & strawberries and muddle in a rocks glass with the sugar and mint

Add the Myers's and then fill the glass with crushed ice

Garnish with a strawberry and a sprig of mint

50ml Myers's Rum

50ml Orange Juice

25ml Banana Liqueur

A squeeze of Fresh Lime

Shake thoroughly with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice

Garnish with a slice of lime

25ml Myers's Rum

25ml Cointreau

25ml Double Cream

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass

Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a maraschino cherry

In a tall glass of ice porur in order:

25ml Lemon Juice

2 teaspoons Grenadine

2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

25ml Morgan's Spice

200ml Orange Juice

25ml Apricot Brandy

100ml Guava/Mango/other Exotic Juice

50ml Myers's Rum

25ml "float" of Woods 100 Old Navy Rum

50ml Myers's Rum

25ml Fresh Lemon Juice

Dash of Gomme

3-4 drops of Vanilla extract/syrup

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a frozen Martini glass

50ml Myers's Rum

200ml Fresh Orange Juice

1 Dash Grenadine

Pour Myers's and orange juice over ice in a highball glass

Stir gently, top with Grenadine

Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry

35ml Myers's Rum

12.5ml Apricot Brandy

25ml Fresh Lemon Juice

Dash of Gomme

Soda Water

Build ingredients into a highball filled with ice

50ml Myers's Rum

40ml Fresh Lemon Juice

2 Teaspoons Sugar Syrup

3 Dashes Angostura bitters

Shake with ice, pour over ice in a highball glass

Top with soda water, stir

Garnish with a slice of lemon, a cherry and two straws

50ml Myers's Rum

100ml Ginger Ale

Pour Myers's over ice in a highball glass

Top with ginger ale

Garnish with a wedge of lime

25ml Myers Rum

25ml Galliano

12.5ml Apricot Brandy

150ml Orange juice

Shake ingridients with ice and pour into a tall glass

Garnish with slices of Apricot, Orange and Lemon
