A Banana
The juice of 1 orange
1 Teaspoon of honey
150ml Milk
A sprinkle of cinnamon
Blend the banana with other ingredients and a few ice cubes, pour over fresh ice into a high-ball
Garnish with a slice of banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon
