50ml Bourbon

1 Sugar Cube

3 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Slice of Orange and a Maraschino Cherry

Muddle together the sugar cube, angostura bitters and dash of bourbon in an old fashioned glass

Add four ice cubes, half the bourbon, the orange slice, stir. Add the cherry and the rest of the bourbon, stir and serve
