50ml Bourbon 1 dozen fresh Mint Leaves 1 White Sugar cube or 1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar Muddle the mint and sugar together with a dash of bourbon in a silver julep mug (a rocks glass or highball glass will suffice) Fill the glass with ice, add more bourbon and stir Garnish with a mint sprig and serve with two short straws | | |
