50ml Vodka

25ml Kahlua

25ml Single cream

Pour vodka and Kahlua into a Rocks glass filled with ice

Layer the cream on top and garnish with a stemmed cherry

20ml Gin

20ml Cointreau (Triple Sec)

20ml Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice

Dash of Egg White (optional)

Shake with ice, strain into a martini glass

50ml Gin

25ml fresh lemon juice

12.5ml Gomme Syrup

Soda Water

Fill a highball glass with ice, add the above ingredients in order

Top with soda, stir and serve

50ml Gin

A dash of dry vermouth

A dash of sweet vermouth

50ml Fresh orange juice

1 Egg white

Shake vigorously with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

50ml Gin

25ml Cherry Brandy

5ml Sugar syrup

15ml Fresh Lime Juice

Dash of Angostura bitters

Soda Water

Shake ingredients with ice and pour into a Collins glass filled with ice

Top with Soda water

40ml Brandy (Cognac)

20ml Cointreau (Triple Sec)

20ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass

Garnish with a sugar rim (optional)

50ml Gin

A dash of Angostura Bitters

Pour ingredients over ice into a Rocks glass and stir to chill

Squeeze in oils from a lemon zest and use zest as garnish

50ml Pimm's No.1

25ml Gin

Lemonade

Mixed Fruit (lemon, lime, cucumber, strawberry) to taste and a Sprig of Mint

Pour Pimm's and gin over ice into a highball glass, add the fruit and mint , top up with lemonade

50ml Bourbon

1 Sugar Cube

3 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Slice of Orange and a Maraschino Cherry

Muddle together the sugar cube, angostura bitters and dash of bourbon in an old fashioned glass

Add four ice cubes, half the bourbon, the orange slice, stir. Add the cherry and the rest of the bourbon, stir and serve

25ml Sweet Vermouth

25ml Gin

Either; shake with a scoop of ice and strain into a martini glass, garnish with a twist of Orange
