30ml Absolut Vodka
12.5ml Cassis
25ml Raspberry Puree
17.5ml Fresh lemon juice
Champagne
Shake ingredients (except Champagne) and strain into an ice filled sling glass, top with Champagne
Garnish with 2 raspberries and a lemon slice
