50ml Cognac
25ml Apple juice
12.5ml Grapefruit juice
Dash of fresh Lemon juice
Dash of gomme
4 grapes
Muddle grapes in a shaker. Add rest of ingredients, shake and strain over fresh ice into a highball glass
