25ml Apple juice

12.5ml Grapefruit juice

Dash of fresh Lemon juice

Dash of gomme

4 grapes

Muddle grapes in a shaker. Add rest of ingredients, shake and strain over fresh ice into a highball glass

25ml White Creme de menthe

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a frosted Martini glass

50ml Brandy

12.5ml fresh lemon juice

12.5ml Cointreau

Shake ingredients with ice and pour into a frozen Martini glass

Garnish with a sugar rim

50ml Cognac

25ml fresh lemon juice

12.5ml Sugar Syrup

Soda water

Shake ingredients (except Soda) with ice and strain into an ice filled Collins glass

Top with Soda

Garnish with a lemon slice

30ml Brandy

30ml Dark Rum

1 Egg White

1 Teaspoon sugar

Milk

Shake all ingredients (except Milk) with ice

Strain into a Rocks glass, top up with Milk

Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg

30ml Brandy

20ml Sweet Vermouth

20ml Calvados

Add ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir until chilled

Strain into a frosted Martini glass

Garnish with an Orange Zest

6 drops of Angostura bitters

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a frozen Martini glass

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a frozen martini glass

Garnish with a sprinkle of chocolate powder

1 dash of Angostura bitters

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a frozen Martini glass

1 Egg white (optional)

A few drops of Angostura (optional)

Shake ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into an ice filled Rocks glass

Garnish with a lemon zest and a Maraschino cherry
