50ml Cognac
3-4 Mint sprigs
1 lump of Brown sugar
Muddle the mint and sugar in the bottom of a shaker with a few drops of water
Add Cognac and ice and shake
Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with crushed ice
Garnish with a sugar coated sprig of mint
