Cover the sugar cube in Angostura bitters and place into a flute
Add the brandy and top with Champagne

Dash of Peychard Bitters
1 Sugar cube

Soak the sugar cube in the Peychard Bitters. Place into a Champagne flute with other ingredients and top with chilled champagne
