25ml Raspberry Liqueur
Dash of Fresh Lemon Juice
10-15 Fresh Raspberries
Champagne
Shake the Raspberries, lemon juice, Raspberry Liqueur and Cognac vigourously with ice
Strain into a flute and top with chilled Champagne

Build ingredients into a flute finally topping with the chilled Champagne
Stir before serving
Float a rose petal on top as the garnish

Muddle pear and add other ingredients (except Champagne)into a shaker
Shake and strain into a flute, top with chilled Champagne
