50ml Morgan's Spiced
7-8 Fresh raspberries
Dash of Chambord
A brown cane sugar cube
Dash of soda
Soak sugar cube with a dash of Chambord, add dash of soda and fresh raspberries, muddle all ingredients in a tumbler
Fill tumbler with crushed ice, pour rum over the ice then stir
Garnish with 3 raspberries

25ml Fresh lemon juice
Dash of Gomme syrup
Apple juice
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a highball containing crushed ice
Top up with fresh apple juice
Garnish with an apple wedge

Shake all ingredients pour into a highball glass, top up with Ginger ale

25ml Single cream
10ml vanilla syrup
Pinch of cinammon
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an Old fashioned glass partly filled with crushed ice, serve with spoon and straw
Garnish with chopped banana and biscuit crumbs
