The Singapore Sling (Circa 1915, Raffles Hotel, Singapore) 1 chunk of fresh pineapple (crushed) 25ml Plymouth Gin 15ml Cointreau 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice Splash of sugar syrup 15ml Bol’s Cherry Brandy Splash of Benedictine Ginger ale Lemon butterfly, fresh cherry
Shake ingredients and strain over fresh ice into a 12 oz collins glass, top with ginger ale – float cherry brandy and Benedictine |
