Half a small watermelon (chilled)

2 Bar spoons of Ginger puree

2 bar spoons of sugar

Water

Whizz the flesh of the watermelon in a blender with the ginger and sugar

Add water to thin density (if needed) and pour into a highball with crushed ice

100ml Cranberry Juice

25ml Orange Juice

50ml Grapefruit Juice

A squeeze of fresh lime

Pour ingredients over ice into a Collins glass

Garnish with a wedge of lime

00ml Tomato Juice

2 Dashes of Tobasco sauce

2 Dashes of Wocestershire sauce

2 Dashes of Fresh lemon juice, pinch of salt and pepper

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a highball filled with ice

Garnish with a celery stick

50ml Coconut cream

100ml Pineapple juice

Shake ingredients vigorously with crushed ice and pour into a hurricane glass

Garnish with a pineapple wedge

6-8 Fresh Strawberries

25ml Grenadine

25ml Double cream

Ginger ale

Blend strawberries, grenadine & cream with crushed ice

Pour into a collins glass and top with ginger ale, giving a stir

Garnish with a strawberry and a sprinkle of ground ginger (optional)

1 Banana

1 Kiwi

10 fresh Strawberries

150ml Apple Juice

Crushed Ice

Slice fruit and place into a blender with apple juice. After blending pour into a highball

Garnish with a apple wedge (opptional)

1 Banana

10-12 Strawberries

175 ml orange juice

Crushed Ice

Blend all ingredients together and pour into a highball

Garnish with a fresh strawberry

25ml Grenadine

Ginger Ale

Pour ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice (grenadine first)

Stir a little and garnish with a slice of lemon

N.B. This drink can also be made with lemonade or 7up in place of the ginger ale

25ml Fresh orange juice

25ml Fresh lemon juice

25ml fresh pineapple juice

25ml fresh grapefruit juice

12.5ml Grenadine

A dash of egg white

Soda water

Shake ingredients (apart from soda) with ice and strain over fresh ice into a hurricane glass

Garnish with Lemon, lime and orange wedges
